Marcos Torassa

Marcos Torassa is a Public Accountant from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, specializing in Taxation from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). He has conducted training courses abroad in tax matters.

He teaches the graduate course Update and In-depth Analysis in Criminal Tax Law, Faculty of Law, Universidad de Buenos Aires and Graduate Career in Tax Expertise, Tax Procedure Module at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba.

He is coauthor of the book Tax Offenses (Editorial Ad Hoc) and the Treaty of Trust (Editorial Abeledo Perrot). Author of collaborations on tax matters in Errepar Magazine, Tax, Tax and Economic Newspapers and in both Ambito Financiero and El Cronista Comercial newspapers.

Torassa is a member of the Argentine Center for Studies in Criminal Tax Law and the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies, plus a lecturer in tax matters in public and private institutions. For 24 years he worked professionally in the Firm Lisicki, Litvin & Asociados, as Associate and then as Partner of the Tax Department until March 2014.

In June 2014 he founded Torassa & O’Donnell.
